I am in the process to sell my house and buy another house.
The attorneys have received cancellation figures from Nedbank to overstate the amounts a lot.
This is causing me to have to borrow money to pay for all the fees, where the fees can actually come out of the sale of my current property.
I have phoned Nedbank twice regarding this to please update the cancellation figures, but they just refuse.
I really don't know how you calculate the cancellation figures, but they cant be right, and it is making problems for my financial situation where I now have to borrow money I actual already have.
I have applied to Nedbank for credit to then pay for these fees, but they also did not even want to give me that.
I phoned FNB and I will have the money available to me within 3-5 days.
I AM NOT EVEN A FNB CLIENT CURRENTLY!!!
You should be ashamed of yourself Nedbank for treating a loyal customer like this.
I have been a client of yours for years. But seems like I wont be for years to come...
