Fees charged for work not done

I have a new account with Nedbank. Now I find fees on my statement that I am not aware of. I get charged for 'over the counter' statements when I have not requested any. R10 each time. I am not willing to accept this and even though I put in a query i can just imagine how much extra money Nedbank is making from us South Africans, especially those who do not get statements or read. R10 per person per month (at least) and it amounts to a lot of money. Customer service is slow in Nedbank Mtubatuba and one does not get proper assistance. I have complained a few times directly to Nedbank but to no avail. Debit Orders incorrectly debited to customer accounts, Nedbank Mtubatuba refuse to return them and refund the money.
