Hi have applied for additional Finance from ABSA as yet I haven't heard anything back. If I do phone the call center 0860 669 669 or 086 0111 555 I am transferred from one consultant to another. I have been transferred in one call to 7 different people. Nobody can or are willing to assist in this matter. On the 1st June I phoned ASBS Vehicle Finance, I explained to the consultant what I would like to do and he requested me to send the following info - Copy of ID, Vehicle account (never received a statement from ABSA for the last 6 months), Reason for Application, Quote and list of Expenses. On the 14th June I have send through a second email with all the required detail, that same day the email was opened (read notification). Okay so now we wait for this feedback, I am still waiting.
All that I need is an additional finance to be added to my current finance so that I can take out a Maintenance Plan on my vehicle.
