FINANCE APPLICATION NOT PROCESSED (9 DAYS)

I submitted an application for finance to buy a motor vehicle in the name of a Partnership on 24 May. Firstly the sales Consultant claimed to not have received the application ino the two partners / individuals although it was included in the documents scanned and e-mailed to her. She did not respond to my e-mail asking her why she still needed it when it had already been sent. I tried phoning her but she was always busy so on 3 June I asked for the Manager in charge and was put through to Maretha Zaaiman who said she would investigate and asked me to resubmit all documents to her. On the same day the Dept Supervisor Tidimalo Madikgetla, then phoned me and also apologised for the mis comunication etc and assured me he would capture the application. He did a CIPRO enquiry on the partnership name and informed me he could not proceed as the business was being de registered (it was not us - even the partners details were different) He then insisted they needed the two partners personal income and expenses in order to proceed - details which I submitted to him on the 5th. My e-mails have AGAIN not been acknowledged and I have had no further communication from them
