On Sunday 26 January 2014, I had an issue with a transaction at Shoprite. I emailed ibsupport asking for assistance - they pretended that they could help and ask for my bank account number - then they ignored me.
I tried to call the number on the sms to query a transaction and I was put on hold for about 6 minutes with no human interaction...
