Query / number 0860123107 Useless!

I phoned the "Query" number 086 012 3107 and got put on hold for 15 minutes.
Response time should be immediate, offering hasty feedback and giving more chance to catch the person involved, surely?
Gave the operator my account number and she did nothing - told me to phone the Forex department!
Hello??? I've just spent 15 minutes on the phone already!!!
Gave the operator my number and told her to get somebody to call me within 10 minutes otherwise I'm changing banks!
Still no response!
Goodbye Un-Standard Useless Bank! You've messed up far too often!
