Standard bank call centre is so pathetic, I called on the 15/12/2013 to query two unknown transactions that went of my account and I was told that it will be logged, then I should receive feedback after 12 working days, I then called in January 2014 to find out the status of my query and the consultant told me that they had a backlog with inquiries and it will be looked at, today when I called to find out what is going on and what the transactions were for the agent told me that they can't help me without a reference number and they having system issues? it's so shocking that a bank as big as standard bank can't just give feedback on a simple inquiry like that, mind you the security they have on our account, anyone cant debit our accounts and they wouldn't give a to help their customers... very disappointed???
