2 request and still not happy

I am not useing my merchant speedpoint on a daily basis. each evening the machine banks and paper is been wasted. i want to cancel this daily automatic banking and do manually when i use the machine.
on 22/3 i called your call centre and the lady mentioned that she has changed on system and that i should do the banking manually. no ref # given. unfortunately, this was not so and i still get the daily banking and slips in evening.
on 27/3 i called the call centre and mentioned as above. ref # 3977185 given and consultant mentioned that she changed on system. unfortunately this is still not done and the machine banks daily in evening.
why cant they get this right??? can anybody at merchant services perhaps help, as others are just wasting my valuable time.
