I'm still yet to find joy in the company (Old Mutual-Iwyze) i not only appointed as my insurance for my vehicle but also refer clients to for new business/insurance.
I was in an accident on the 6th of February 2013 and to date the repairs are still not complete. Furthermore, my car has more damages that amount to R29 000 made by either the tow company, or storage which was appointed by Iwyze however I'm not getting any feedback regarding repairs instead i'm the one running around trying to investigate how my car ended up with damages and having the culprit pay yet Iwyze continues to take premium and is not doing anything about the damages on my car. I have sent emails, phoned and left messages however to this day i haven't heard anything from Iwyze regarding the repairs on my vehicle.
Shouldn't they be making arrangements for my car to be fixed and they do their own investigation on who between the tow truck company and the storage company they appointed is responsible then claim their money back from them? It is sad that this matter is not a priority even after the damages are not my part, i want this matter resolved and my car repaired asap. They should also arrange courtsey ca
