Authorisation problem

I was involved in a car accident on the 02 November 2013 and made a claim on the 04 November 2013.The insurance company instructed me to take my car to Prima panel beaters in Polokwane on 07 November 2013. The following week Iwyze informed me that they have authorised Prima to fix the car. I then phoned Prima to check the progress and they told me that they did not get any authorisation. My complaint is that it is now three weeks my car is standing at Prima and is not attended to while Iwyze told me it has authorised Prima to repair it. I am not satisfied with the service of Iwyze Insurance company and I have lost confidence in them.
