Bad service from iWYZE

My car was involved in an accident on the 14 August 2013 and was towed to smd in pretoria. Car hire was arranged for me on the 15 August 2013 and i had been using it until the 19 September 2013.Throughout that period, i have not been updated regarding the status of repairs on my car. I called the call center 3 times on the 19 September 2013 to check the status of my claim as i had to return the hired vehicle. On all occasions i was promised a call back but until now, no luck.

I then called the panel beaters to check for myself. To my surprise, the person i spoke to could not locate my vehicle and he promised to call me back. When he called back, he told me that the vehicle was still at smd and no authorisation had been received for it to be repaired.

It has been 35 days since the accident and i, m now without a vehicle.
Ps... My monthly premium was collected without fail.

Is this how iWYZE treats its customers???
