They debited my account with an unauthorised and charge of r4000, luckily i didnt have funds to cover the amount. they then charged me r7 for the error and told me i can contact the third party myself to get it reversed! this will incur more costs for me for an error that was their fault!!! they may debit your account with any charge or amount totally unauthorised and if you have sufficient balance to cover such debit, they will send you a disclaimer and leave you to sort it out!!!
