My mom was admitted in hospital in October already, my mom was asked to submit a whole lot of documents including a hospital file, my mom made it very clear that she does not have a problem requesting that from the hospital but does not have R600 to pay for it. Till today there has been no feedback, i have been calling AIG on numerous occasions & have been liaising with a very helpful gentleman (Bhekizitha), but cannot assist further if the assessors are taking their time to do their job which they are paid to do. i am very upset with AIG because every time my mom have to put in a claim its taking them months to process while they never forget to debit their premium on the 15th of every month. Its the third or the fourth time fighting about the same thing. If some people are there on holiday then they might as well stay at home. You are doing absolutely nothing to help your clients, you are such a useless organisation that does not deserve to be operating. If this is not attended within two working days, i will have no choice but to contact the Ombudsman & try to get assistance from them because clearly we are dealing with a bunch of useless... this is disgusting!
