DO NOT PAY OUT FULL AMOUNT

Claim number 780354, I have been admitted to hospital on 26 July till 2 August. My claim have been process by mrs Davies she phoned me to let me know that my claim have been processed but only for 6 days and that the policy does not pay from the 1st day in Hospital.

I just phoned the call centre to confirm if I am admitted into hospital you have to be longer than 24 hours then the Policy pays from day one call ref 441153.. So how is it possible that my claim pays for 6 days but I was in Hospital for 7 days proven by my hospital bill. My claim have been paid out with a shortage of R1300!!! Why can you please give me feedback or my money please, R1300 is a lot of money.
