ABSOLUTELY USELESS

I submitted a Hospital claim on 30/12/2013 and then heard nothing. I left it because of the Festive season and then contacted them on 6/1/2014, I was told by Amir that my claim was not there but he took it over the phone and I sent all the documents (Hospital account, Id Document again. Phone on 10/1/2014 spoke to Lutchmee who actually eventually told me they have a computer problem after having told me to re submit my documents., she advised me to call again on 14/01/2014 which I did and spoke to Zac who told me atleast 6 times that claims take 7-14 days from time of receipt to process excluding weekends.
The staff I have spoken to sound like robots they all say exactly the same thing and I am still waiting for a pay out.
I have been paying for this since 2002 and have claimed twice with no problems at all.
I would dearly like to know what on earth is going on in a company that used to have such a good name!!!
