I am appalled at the level service we received from a world class hospital. We have a 6 week old baby and my wife's is breast feeding our baby. Her milk for some reason slowed down and our baby as a result was not getting enough to drink. So we have her gynecologist who is away on holiday and recommended that we go to Olivedale clinic and see the doctor on duty which I did. I even took the package of the pills that we needed to help my wife to be told to go and get my wife before anyone can assist me and the doctor will assist when we get there.
Be it as it may I rushed home to get my wife and take my children including my 6 week old in the cold to the hospital. My wife was then asked to fill in documents as if being admitted when all we needed was to see any of the doctors that were in duty, and this was at 20:45pm. At 22:10pm we still had not been attended to for a script that would would have taken a mere few minutes to write out. When we asked what was taking so long as people that had gone in after us had left the hospital before us. For a world class hospital we have the worst people possible working in a place that people go to for emergencies and get treated like
