I would like to express my utmost dissatisfaction in the putrid and pathetic service I have received from this Insurance company. My mother has a hospital plan with AIG and she was admitted in hospital October 2012.She then submitted her claim then and since October 2012 I have been calling their contact centre to follow up as they keep on taking my contact details promising to call me back of which no one ever did. Never mind the costs I have incurred in constantly calling their forever busy contact centre and sometimes going through Chines speaking consultants who have no clue how to assist me. Its now the 5th month waiting yet they are still deducting their debit orders off my account for a service promised by them to me yet never delivered!! now im actually concerned if this company is even legit or not.
