My late mother was admitted in Chris Hani Baragwanath hospital last year September. She passed on in hospital. I called Clientele informing them that she has passed on. They sent me the claim form but they did not stop the debit order for October. When I called them they promised to reverse it to-date I don't recall receiving a refund from them. Instead I am sent from pillar to post because Bara refuses to give me my late mothers file and Clientele also refuse to pay because I don't have her medical file. I have 2 claims that are awaiting payment from them July and September. I really need help as I feel that it's unfair that all my premiums were paid and now when I submit a claim no one is willing to assist.
