This is a disgrace, I settled the above account long time and RCS even sent me the Settlement letter but their attorneys still bugging me to say the account is still outstanding, it is the duty of RCS to advise its attorneys that the account was settled not me to send their attorneys the confirmation letter. What kind of business is RCS running when they wanted their money they were on my case now I have settled why don't they update they system accordingly this is so annoying.
