I had an ackermans account, which were handed over to norlam attorneys. I requested a settlement amount, which I received almost immediately and which I then settled. From the date that I have settled this account, until now, I've been begging fir a letter confirming that this account has been settled and closed, but to date didn't receive anything. Nedbank refers me to norlam and visa versa. When they want money they phone every day ten times a day, but as soon as they receive the money, they dissappear into thin air. I don't know who to speak to anymore to get a satisfying answer. It's just a piece of paper, NOT a kidney!
