Took my money and investigation officer unhelpful

I am tired of asking Standard bank for help, as the same agent Dawud Abdin, is not helping me, is handling all my COMPLAINTS. I have complained in December 2013 and in Jan 2014 for standard bank to help me but NO HELP has been given. Standard bank debited my savings account for r 3500.00 to offset my arrears amount, after i had made an arrangement to pay R 800.00 . I had told standard bank that i will pay on the 27 December 2013. they recorded the in correct date of 17 December 2013, and st bank investigation agent tells me that i made the error, i had given him all this information but he took almost 3 weeks to tell me that same info. that i had told him. In December 2013 when i first complained, he even closed the case before even speaking to me, i had to e-mail him to call me. i even requested him to have another agent to assist me (i have all e-mails received and sent to him to prove how incompetent he is.) The investigation office is to put the client first but he put his employer first. I Basically had to tell him to do his job, ( i have all e-mail records to prove this), he tells me if i am not happy with his outcome i must go to the ombudsman.
