I was given a call by MBD for an outstanding Vodacom Amount, which I paid within a week of receiving such a call as I was not aware of outstanding amount. I was informed that immediately after payment I will received a letter confirming that account has been settled. I have spoken to several people at MBD Attorneys informing them I have made a payment and that I need a letter of confirmation of settlement. Two weeks later I am still waiting for the letter, each and every time I am told it will be sent with a day but still nothing has come through. Please assist with the letter confirming settlement as I do not know who to talk to now.
