Miway - empty promises

Miway debited the incorrect account almost over 7 times and they addmited to this, and Ricardo from miway came to agreement with me that they will pay me for the bank fees that i had to pay due to miway debiting the incorrect account.we agreed that miway will not debit my correct account for the feb and march and end april collect a part amount from my account.this agreement was never filled by miway.
i only found out today that my policy was cancelled and i was never covered for feb and march or not covered at the moment.see email from miway confirming details and then cancelling my poilcy without even keep to this side.
Confirmation of telephonic conversation with Us on the 21, 02, 2013 We agreed to compensate for the bank charges suffered due to our error on incorrect banking details captured on Policy# 15566116 The Bank charges amounts to R720 You currently don? t have cover thus to cover you from today until the 28.02.2013 will amount to a pro rata of R104.93. We agreed to take this from the R720 that should be compensated to you The remainder which is R615.07 will be credited unto the both the 28.02.2013 full premium which is R449.71 which means we will not debit you on the 2
