Good day -In May 2013 I purchased a property within the Centurion area. No. 8 Villa Darodo, Heuweloord. FNB approved the bond BUT has caused me SO much stress and procrastination. An FNB evaluator was sent assess to property, within 7-8months, 4 more Assessor's came back insisting that the section number, ground markings, Unit (Door) no. are not correct. they eventually concluded that the entire complex could also be wrong. My Real Estate Agent did a full investigation which indicated that the markings had always been correct but they were refused to comply. FNB still claimed that it had been incorrect. Fnb then gave us the details of the Evaluator who was then contacted, the Evaluator's WERE SURPRISED as they NEVER ever visited any location in Centurion. I am utterly disgusted with the POOR service FNB has giving and the unnecessary run around. More importantly I am currently set back 8 months on payments towards my home, - R32000. Now Its gonna take me 8 months longer to pay this property off and I have lost potential buyers. Jan2014, they busy rectifying the error. I bank with FNB but they still request bank statement and all docs again.8months lost, what is FNB doing about it?
