Recently I get 3 debit orders stating "insurance". I logged onto my MiWay profile, and could only match one of the debit orders to the amounts debited. I called my bank who advised me I should speak to MiWay.
I phoned MiWay, and had the most pleasant and helpful experience, which is so refreshing in a country where service delivery is not up to standard.
The agent who assisted me was thorough, and professional. She assisted me in going through my entire policy, to reconfirm the amount (even if this was not needed, as I could see it online), to make sure we both are seeing the same information. She explained to me how the debit orders work from MiWay, and cleared up the confusion, and indicated that this should be taken further with the bank, who is at fault.
Thank you MiWay for your excellent service, I really feel warm and happy to be your client. You guys surely set the bar in service delivery!
