Miway was authorized to debit my account for R781.38 per month as per the policy schedule which they had sent to me upon commencement of the insurance policy.
However I am being debited with different amounts each month in excess of the agreed premium.
I have sent through to Miway the original policy document forwarded to me indicating the monthly debit amount as well as an extraction from my bank statement of what has actually been deducted from my account. There is a difference of R209.27 and the call centre consultant was unable to give me reason for the extra deduction.
I would like this matter looked into urgently and my money, a total of R209.27, refunded to me or deducted of my next debit order, failing which I will be contacting the ombudsman and laying charges of against Miway.
