On the 21st of Dec 2013 on my way to my holiday destination i received a sms notification from my bank, miway has deducted my monthly insurance premiums. This is highly unacceptable as we had a written agreement whereby miway will deduct these monies on a specific date.(Last day of each month). If i did not had the money in my account i would have incurred additional cost. The excuse of public holidays hold no water either as miway know every year when these days would be. if this is the norm than i don`t want to deal with miway in anyway whatsoever. No one has a right to control my bank account as if it`s their own. I`m going to remove your debit order from my account or get another insurer. I hope that this is the first and last time something like this happen again. NB! all my other debit orders went off on the agreed dates, end of the month.everyone got their money, as per all other months.
