I would like to report Absa's terrible customer service. Funds were transferred into my credit card so that I could pay for my tuition fees. I have been struggling since Thursday to make payments. My card was blocked due to Fica verification which I did thrice last year. When I was assisted with Fica verification at the Green stone branch, I was informed that the previous consultant did not do the Fica verification properly. I had not even received a sms to inform me to come and fix my forms. Today the transfer is not pulling through.
I also tried to enquire about a home loan issue and was transferred from consultant to consultant who were very unwilling to assist.
Absa gives the worst service. I am seriously considering moving over to FNB.
