Making me feel Stupid

There's not even once that i go to that branch that i leave happy and satisfied!
i lost my bank cared and went to the branch to report and replace was told to wait for an sms and bring my id to receive the Card

received an sms and a reminder sms two days after stating that i need to fetch a a card and to bring my ID when i went there today firstly i had to wait an hour queuing on the line and when i get to the consultant only then i am told i have to bring a proof of Address no 1 cared to tell me that when i reported neither when i got the sms it was mentioned and now i had to spend my lunch and again be told i can always come back later as if i stay around the corner and then they tell you that their call centre that sent the sms work differently

I have bills to pay and i have to struggle to get a card as if it was my fault that i was nt told to bring a proof of address and whats the most is i have to again go and wait another hour tomorrow to get my card since I'm stupid!!

Cant wait to change banks and close that account *furious*
