I called your call centre regarding an incrase on my credit card and i was told that it was approved i need to bring my id, payslip and proof of address to the branch, i went to Randburg on the 02 of May and i was helped by Nomsa and a new card was issued. Firstly she did not take my proof of address becuase it will not be neccessary.

To date the funds have not been allocated and the request was apperently declined because the quote expired becase the branch did not hand all the relevent docs, even had to go to the branch to hand my id and address to be certified becuase someone incompetent did not handover when she went on leave.

It took more than a week to get the account Fica'd after numerous emails aand faxes
