African Bank is really incompetent. I have tried countless times to get hold of someone to advise that my banking details have changed for my debit orders. I emailed Charnelle on 3 occasions asking if she can please get someone to contact me for my new banking details and hence did not receive a response. Today I received a sms saying that debit orders have gone off on my account from African Bank and this is the same problem I had the last time. Once again, the money was not meant for you! I have no choice but to pay you via your bank account every month because this company keeps on doing what they like with my account and I feel I have no control over it.

To top it off, they have advised my account has been handed over. If my account has been handed over why debit my account and should a debt collector not contact me and make a payment arrangement? I have received no calls or letters from them which probably means that they too are going to rip me off. I made arrangements with African Bank because unfortunately i can't afford to pay my full installments.

I had enough of this company and would advise anyone to never, ever do business with them!
