Taking my money on the wrong date

Since November you have been debiting my account on the wrong date, when I took this loan I told them to debit my account on the last day of the month as i am getting paid month end and they even have my payslip, but they are busy taking it whenever it suit them, can I have somebody to rectify this please. I really dont have enery or time to be calling you everytime.
