Suzuki PE settle my vehicle with MFC on the 29 November 2013 in full. This morning the debit order for the installment of R4, 801.42 was deducted from my account that I did expect. I contacted Newton Park branch and Riana agreed to resolve the matter on my behalf. She contact me later on to say the funds are not reflecting and that they are not allowed to dispute a MFC transaction and suggested I contact the contact line. The Nedbank contact line as not able to assist and transferred me to MFC directly. I spoke to Tashniq at MFC that informed me the funds would take several days to reflect due to the high amount settled. She suggested that I dispute the transaction with the branch. I explained that I have already tried to do so and with the contact line. She then suggested I e-mail the proof of payment and wait to be refunded that would take several days. This amount is NOT due to MFC and I would like an immediate refund with interest payable to me for everyday MFC makes me wait for a refund. I not my fault the takes days to allocate funds I can provide proof of deposit and then have to beg for a refund. Clearly Nedbank and MFC is not interested in customer service.
