Debit on the wrong Date

A debit order bounced back because the are debiting on the wrong date, on the agreement, i said they must debit on the 25 and they debit on the 20 or 21 or 22 and i do not get paid on those date. worst part is i have to pay for the charges and i was told that the informed about this but i do not have an agreement with them and now they can only debit on the 4th of November, by then i wont have money, you cant debit my account without notify or asking me about when am i getting paid. bad service
