Firstly I called and left a msg for Mammuso at retentions to call me yesterday as I explained to her why I was looking for alternate insurance, she never returned my call the entire day. I then called and eventually called and spoke to another male retention advisor who insisted that he cant cancel by policy before my next debit goes of on the 25th and insisted i give a 30day notice, which I think is a whole lot of nonsense as I know alot of people who cancelled their policy without giving any notice!! he also said that my cancellation letter will be mailed to be the same time, but no surprise i have not receive anything as yet. I called again at around 4:30pm to speak to a manager regarding the above and i was told its 4:30 and that someone would call be first thing this morning, again no call!! i really wish is didnt join miway in the first place. If they can do something so simple like giving emailing me proof of cancellation i can only wonder what would have happened should i have had to claim!!!
