I don't remember the day that i called Miway but it was mid October requested them to cancel my insurance with them I spoke to Noxolo then she said the Senior Consultant will call me, Senior Consultant called me i think after some days if it was not after a week the she started to soften me not to cancel the insurance i said to her i want to cancel no matter what i am cancelling everything with Miway, I am starting First for Women from December and I am giving them the month Notice, and i ask her to call me be back as i was having a visitor and i told her i don't care what they are offering me i don't want anything from them. Today i am calling Miway to check if my insurance its cancelled i was told its not cancelled and I must wait for a call from the Senior Consultant now i don't want their calls I want an email confirming that the insurance its cancelled end of November as i called them in October, I didn't claim from them they wont loose anything I am the looser instead.
