Unsuccessfull Application

The first time I went to FNB-Boulders branch that is like 4 months ago I can't remember the date exactly, I wanted to open a savings account, my application was unsuccessful due to there's already a profile on EGAMI. They had to cancel my application, the profile on EGAMI says I have two initials EV (ELTONY VICTOR), and the ID number is the same as mine, the consultant took my ID, scanned it and she told me they will send it to home affairs to confirm if the ID number belongs to me. On the 28/11/2013 I went to FNB-Boulders to check how far is my application, the consultant who helped me the last time said the person who's responsible to check for confirmation or Identity is on leave, so asked whether I should go to home affairs myself to ask for a confirmation letter will she be able to assist me with my application, she "yes". On 03/12/2013 I went to the branch with the letter from home affairs, she told me my application can't be processed on the fact that they need to send my ID to forensic investigation, I was very unhappy when she disclosed this to me, I thought going to home affairs I would resolve my situation. Your slogan clearly states"How can we hep you"I disagree
