Before Christmas last year I reported a claim to this insurance company and to this day an assessment report is still outstanding. Worse when I phone to find out whats happening I get bad attitude from a call center agent who could not care less for my inconvenience and takes no responsibility for actions of this company. Soon the car hire cover on my policy will run out and I will be stranded. All thanks to the incompetence of an insurer who cares nothing about the well being of their customers when it comes to the real issue, claim management - the reason we buy insurance is to have hustle free claims when we need to. How can it take a month to finalise an assessment and repair a gearbox! Is the plan to frustrate clients so that the claim is declined and the insurers go smiling to the bank. This is day light and I will take this up with the ombudsman, the FSB and the National Consumer Commission!!! Unacceptable behaviour by FirstforWomen. I am moving my policy to another insurance company as soon as I am done with this claim if its the last thing I do!!! Disappointed.
