I had an accident on Friday, 10th of May and filed my claim. It's been a week and "king price and the royal service" are still waiting for the assessment report, they haven't even looked at the claim.
I work in the insurance industry and pretty clued up about processes and assessments and it cannot be that an assessment report takes more than a week to finalize.
And to top it all off, there is never any communications from the Royal People to even tell me how far along they are.
Seriously, you better get your act together fast and resolve my claim, I've never seen such horrible service and I've dealt with a lot of complains from clients to insurance companies.
It's appalling the lack of customer service at King Price.
