On 23 January I went to Standard Bank. I had my kids in the trolley. I called the security and asked him to open the door so that i could go in. He comes out and tells me that no trolleys are allowed. I asked him since when and he says i must read the sign. I asked him to call for the Manager and his response was that it will not help to call the Manager and he walked into the Bank and turned the other way. I had to leave my kids with a stranger and quickly run in and ask them to open. It was so humiliating. They opened the door for me and I complained. This security guard had such an attitude. i am a customer of Standard Bank for over 35 years. Very pathethic, i want a written apology from the Branch Manager.
