A while ago I opened a new prestige account, standard bank couldn't change my debit orders to my new account. STILL CANT. I have been with Standard bank for over 10 years. Now they don't want to compensate me for the bank charges that was caused by their mistakes. First of all Habiba Parker, you who wanted to run down the stairs while you knew I (the client) was waiting for you to help me, you are not fit to do your job. Same goes for Rukshana Omar, you are mos too important to see clients. And Gregory Pochana, your words to me was that YOU would sort out all my debit orders, the day I opened the new account. Don't come with stories now. Where were you when the hit the fan??? No wonder you were in 'training' for over a month. You people at this branch are a joke. No wonder no one answers the telephone there. Standard bank I demand you compensate me for the bank charges.!!! I HAVE HAD IT!!!
