Standard Bank
Over Draft not approved though

Good Day

I am saikiran, account holder of standard bank and my account no is 002789221. I have applied for overdraft limit increase last week and I have supplied all the necessary document as per request. Standard bank declined my applications due to invalid reason that my temporary residence permit is expiring in June 2013 as it is still valid for 6 months. I have explained them clearly that it is renewable and how can i renew no as its only expiring in end of june 2013. I can only apply for renewal before 1 month of expiry date. I also clearly explained them that It is renewable and I am in country since 8 yrs now and I have also applied for Permanent residence.

Very much disappointed with service: please assist me in this regard
