Unable to request debit order date change

I have applied for a personal loan at Capitec Branch in Claremont and was told that I cannot set a debit order date to a specific date to cater for for my salary date. Now for the past few months Capitec have been debiting my account before my salary is paid and there is no money in my account at that time. As a result I have now a bad credit listing and am unable to apply for a home loan because of this. I have called Capitec support and was told this cannot be done. I have a colleague who went through the exact same scenario and he was helped. All I require is for the debit order date to be moved to 2 days after my salary date

THIS IS SO FRUSTRATING THAT I SHOULD RUN AROUND WITH NO ANSWERS AND NO HELP.
