Refusing to change debit date

I have a personal loan with Capitec Bank. Great service was provided and I am happy. BUT;

I have a debit order with you, my debit gets deducted in the mornings with Capitec but my salary only get deposited in the evening on specific dates. Capitec says it is impossible to change my debit dates even though every time it puts my account into the negative and adversely effects my credit score.

I laid this complaint before the April debit date, I was promised by the manager that they will contact me in 2 days. Never happened. I hadto go in there myself now again three weeks later.

They have stated categorically that they cannot and will not change it. Even though it effect my personal credit score. THIS IS ILLEGAL.

I have given them prove of it with bank statements.

I will take further action if this is not changed!
