It is very easy to add cover on miway's electronic portal but when you click cancel a consultant phones you and your cover is not automatically cancelled.
I replied via email as instructed by the SMS left when a consultant unsuccessfully contacted me but have heard nothing since!
I find it difficult to do business with a company that changes their premiums when you threaten to cancel, I don't want miway cover at the moment and am not interested in getting 'sold'.
Please see to it that cover is cancelled and that my details are removed from your database and/or debit order batch!
