Hi guys I had an accident with my vehicle on 13/12/2013.firstly trying to contact claims was told that is closing time and I should contact in the morning, luckily tow truck driver personaly got his office to get a tow claim.next I receive such a poor amount to repair my vehicle which was an old model which every approved body shop laughed at the amount which they offered me.then decided to write vehicle off, they send. Courier to my physical adress for document pick up which I didn't know about, I had to call uti to b only told pick up cancelled.next I sign off documents they take their time to get vehicle to smd then only would claim b process, ok waited now on the 15 jan 2014 final letter to write off is signed and I'm being told payout in 72 hrs, today is wednesday 22 jan 2014 13h45 "no funds received".furthermore I have record of call to mi way of shocking amounts due to poor response.people please b aware of the companys as I suffered more stress with ins comp than vehicle smashed. I went up to jhb to buy a vehicle thinking that 72 hrs would be by latest monday, got myself in jhb no fund no accodation, borrowing funds, and luckily to be back home safe."Total nightmare" I have.
