We purchased a vehicle on 2013-12-20 and we received the vehicle on the 24th of December a promise list was done and agreed on and was promised vehicle defects will be sorted on 2014-01-06. The vehicle was booked in as agreed and was not fixed as promised three days later by Riaan from Victory Auto. The vehicle was sent back on 2014-01-14 for the second time and again after four days was told the vehicle would be fixed. Now the vehicle was supposed to come back on 2014-01-18 but didn't receive the vehicle Riaan was contacted and excuses was made yet again. Riaan said the vehicle will be home by tuesday 2014-01-21. Im disgusted with the poor people skills and the lack of professionalism and lying that I had to endure and I regret doing business with Victory auto brackenfell. Hoping to receive my vehicle in good order soon.
