FRAUDLENT CLAIM

ON THE 23 MAY 2013 AT 10H06, I RECEIVED AND EMAIL FROM JEANINE MATTHEE, AFTER SPEAKING TELEPHONICALLY TO HER, INFORMING ME THAT MY VEHICLE WAS INVOLVED IN AN ACCIDENT ON 15 JULY 2012, AND IF PAYMENT OF AN AMOUNT OF R 5, 158.77 WAS NOT PAID WITHIN 14 DAYS. LEGAL ACTION WILL BE TAKEN AGAINST ME. I HAD SUBMITTED PROOF TO STATE THAT MY VEHICLE WAS IN THE GARAGE FROM 25 MAY 2012, TO 6 SEPTEMBER 2012. I THEREFORE REGARD THIS AS A FRAUDLENT CLAIM IN THAT, 1. IT TOOK ALMOST A YEAR TO TRACK MY VEHICLE 2. MY VEHICLE WAS NOT INSPECTED 3. MY VEHICLE WAS IN A GARAGE AS PROOF FROM THE GARAGE WAS SUBMITTED. 4. HOW CAN A VEHICLE BE REPAIRED WITHOUT VERIFYING IF THE SAID VEHICLE WAS TRUELY INVOLVED IN THE ACCIDENT OR NOT, BUT THE VEHICLE GETS REPAIRED. AS I AM AWARE AS WELL; AS PUBLIC MEMBERS INSURANCE CLAIMS AGAINST VEHICLE ACCIDENTS MUST BE ASSESSED BY IDENTIFYING BOTH VEHICLES. IN THIS CIRCUMSTANCES MY VEHICLE WAS NOT INSPECTED . THIS IS CLEAR THAT SOMEONE WHO WORKED ON THIS CLAIM HAD NOT CARRIED OUT HIS OR DUTIES OUT CORRECTLY AND THUS LODGED A FRADULENT CLAIM. THAT PERSON NEEDS TO BE INVESTIGATED. TO THIS DAY I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY RESPONSE FROM OUTSURANCE, YET TO QUICK TO CLAIM.
