Unsubstantiated write-off descision

Below is the e-mail I received from my claims handler confirming that they have decided to write-off my car without my consent. in my view, The damages hardly constitute a write-off. I requested a copy of the quotation without success. There were no second opinions or Three quotes, just that one quote.

I discussed the claim with my manager and supervisor.

As per the quote received from the assessor it confirms that the vehicle is a write off.

How ever you're quote value way over exceed the value that e can repair your vehicle. We can only spend R, . to repair your vehicle if there should be unforeseen damages and will exceed that amount will still make your vehicle a write off.

Therefore your will remain a write off.
