Was the victim of a car accident on 29.01.2014, 100% not my mistake. Due to value of vehicle and repair costs, Outsurance decided to write vehicle off and in the event of keeping my vehicle, paying out a relatively small amount which made difference between repair costs and what I would have received, made the difference quite sizeable. Felt extremely desperate, despondent, and sad and in dire straights as vehicle is in good condition and my only means of transport. Martha showed understanding and empathy for my situation and in doing calculations offered to take the matter up with management. I felt she went the extra mile as she understood my predicament. Today heard the good news. After reassessing the situation Outsurance decided not to write off vehicle and pay a substantial amount more towards the repair of my vehicle. Thanks Martha for caring and not just leaving it there and thank you Outsurance for changing your mind. Your decision have lifted our spirits and we're seeing light at the end of the tunnel.
